Re: Right Door Top Stainless Trim Strip 2dr Post
Mine looks like it was hit by doors for 50 years and is almost completely flattened, so a few fixable dings won't be bad! Thanks for checking.

Right Door Top Stainless Trim Strip 2dr Post
I am looking for the passenger door top trim piece for a 2dr 1959 Belvedere Sedan. This is the piece on the top side of the insert that runs the length of the car.
Thanks

I finally got the Viper engine mounted in my 59 Belvedere!
The 2004 Viper engine and Tremac 6 speed actually fit quite well. :D The engine is about 6" longer than the old 318 so I will have to go with a custom radiator and electric fan, but otherwise things look like they will fit OK. The new unit is all aluminum so it is much lighter and the front sit...

Thanks for your replies, Curt and Stefan! I am going to install a Dana 60 in the rear but would like to keep a relatively stock appearance. I was thinking of using a 15 or 16 inch chrome wheel, but I sure like the looks of those Centerline wheels! It sounds like the 7 inch wide wheel will be the rig...

Need Help Finding New Body Mounting Rubber Bushings
Has anyone found a source for new body mounting rubber cushions? If there aren't any still made for the 59 Plymouth, are there some GM ones that would work? I have seen them for sale for 50's and 60's GM cars.
Thanks!
Jim

Question on Best Shop Manual for 59 Plymouth
I am thinking of getting a manual for my 59 Belvedere and was wondering what kind I should get and who a good vender was. I have seen some advertised on CD. Are they complete? Do you need the supplement for the 59?
Thanks for any help!!

Engine Removal Question
I want to pull the engine and transmission from my 59 Belvedere with 318 and push button automatic and I don't have a manual. Can I pull both the engine and trans as a unit? Do I need to take out the radiator and the grill? Any other tricks or advice from those who have done this before? Thanks for ...

Widest rear tires that fit 59 Belvedere without cutting
I am in the process of installing a larger engine in a 59 Belvedere and will need some bigger rubber. I was wondering what other people have found that fits. I was thinking of something like 255/55/16 for the rear. Any suggestions for the front would also be helpful.
Thanks!
