Re: 59 Sport Fury cloth
Ron, I believe I saw the message traffic you were in on Facebook of the guy offering the SF material( 58 Fury & blue and red 59SF). $65 a yard Sounds like a good deal. Much cheaper than SMS and the other sources I have found. I am thinking of purchasing some of the blue SF material from him but ...

Re: Faulkner gets a Redo
Dan, always love seeing your progress. Glad Gary was able to fill your order, and that he is doing better. You have probably seen them but I believe these floor mats are listed on Andy Bernbaum's under the accessory category, front and back sets for $195. looks like they carry the black ones. I love...

Re: Power window conversion???

Re: Power window conversion???
Hi Matthew, I was kinda afraid of that. I am searching around for an original set of power windows. I am a little confused by the parts and interchange manual. Looking through it, says any 57-59 Special club coupe will work (excp Imperial) but I know there were a couple different types with regulato...

Re: Vendor at Carlisle
No, looks like every thing I bought from him arrived at my dad's safe and sound and is not listed. I would recommend buying from Billy, I think it was just couple of rough months for him personally that lead to him not shipping and being hard to reach. He had a death in the family that he took very ...

Re: More cars for parts
That sounds like a pretty good fantasy to me! I dream of making a vacation trip in an old wagon. Tops in the list of destinations would be Yosemite and and then a walk through of the Big M yard!!! Some day. I wish I had a 59 Wagon to round out the collection, but i have to finish the 59's I already ...

Re: Vendor at Carlisle
I'm super relieved!! These were some huge items on my parts list. I am feeling pretty confident now, these were the bulk of original /vintage hard to find parts I needed. The rest are all fairly easily obtained on line.
And I can steadily whittle that list down over the next few months.

Re: Fury on Craigslist list.
I think I recently saw a post on one of the Facebook FL pages that some one bought the Savoy and was looking for a few parts for it. Interesting story about these two cars. They were originally posted in Denver Craigslist for a few days then we're marked sold, about two weeks later they reposted for...
