Re: Faulkner gets a Redo

Hi Dan, there is this one on eBay for 99 bucks plus shipping :/ not sure if it's cheeper to fix and re-anodize or just get this NOS grille. Might be worth asking if he will make a deal on it. https://m.ebay.com/itm/NOS-1959-Belvedere-Fury-Right-Grille-1-2-in-original-mopar-box/332725987145?hash=item...

Re: Back with an AC question

Here is a Sport Fury that is for sale right now in Montana that has an underdash unit, I think its a MARKIV unit. Also pictured is an under dash unit I have seen in a number of 59 Plymouth's. I have seen it in a few Savoy's, and a belvedere. This was for sale on etsy of all places. They were called ...

Re: Back with an AC question

As Matthew will tell you, a complete factory A/C set up is tough to piece together if not dang near impossible. They were very rare on Plymouths. I had an easier time finding power windows to put that in perspective lol. According to my price booklet, Factory A/C was a $500.00 option when new! extre...

Re: Chryslers at Carlisle 2018

Re: Darryl Gaspardone - Nanaimo, British Columbia, CA

Wow! I like the ingenuity on fabricating the floor pans! Such a neat car. Dan, I hope you can continue to persuade him via Facebook to continue on with the restoration. Looks as though all the really hard parts of metal work are done.

Re: Carlisle 2018!

Dick, that sounds like an awesome adventure! living the life! Cruising the coast in the Convertible! I love New Orleans and that whole area around there. I would love to do some thing like this, or power tour or the Drive America tour. I do hope you make it to Carlisle next year for the 60th. Hopefu...

Re: Finish the Jingle

Dan, If that is the prize I am kicking my self for not coming up with a better jingle!!! That sounds like a dang good prize to me! Free cheesecake and 24/7 Faulkner action 8) :P So when I saw that news paper ad showing the contest winners I instantly recognized the name Mccune and if you have ...

Re: Faulkner gets a Redo

I seem to remember reading some where that the masts for the front fender are the same masts used on the dual rear bases.... not 100% on that but it would make sense to me from a manufacturing/production stand point to use the same. Fallowing close as I have 3/4th's of a dual antenna set my self (on...

Re: VINs and Build Sheets

I hope we can get a clear answer on this procedure, I would really like to get copy's of my build cards if possible. I would really like to know more about my cars, I know my Sport Fury has been in SoCal all its life. The Savoy, I have no clue on other than I picked it up in Fresno and it had belong...

Re: "Things don't look good for Dodge and Chrysler"

I have been fallowing this for a while, The future does look fairly bleak for Chrysler. Its hard to be competitive when all you offer is the 300 and a mini van. At least a few years ago you had some options with the Crossfire, the 200 and the Sebring to appeal to a broader market base. But those mod...
