That's Weird! I just ordered one a couple of weeks ago from Andy Bernbaum! Did they say they're out or didn't they know what you're talking about? It's part # S141 it's called a "Steering Gear Tube Insulator"

I loaded a short video onto youtube. It's a shot of it idling with the new cam and a view of the new tach

It's pretty easy! You have to remove the steering wheel and unhook the wiring harnesses from the column ( there is a spring, some washer and a spacer that goes in the bearing under the wheel keep those in order). Then there is a clamp in the engine compartment where the column meets the steering box...

Those Flowmasters definitely make it loud! It runs a little smoother since I changed the cam. I have yet to see another 59 Plymouth in this area! I installed the insulator and put the column back together then took for a spin. WOW!! what a difference! I thought i was going to have to replace the steering box, but all it took was $7.50 part to fix the problem! On to the next project!!!!!!!!!!!!
