Go ahead and drop the pan, you won't know what is wrong without removing the pan. It could be as simple a fix as cleaning the screen or replacing an oil pump gasket. Gary Goers has the proper hood to cowl rubber strip. There is not a hood to radiator support seal.
The hood pad is glued on and was an seldom ordered option that included undercoating. It is a good idea to preserve the paint on the hood. The pad that Gary Goers sells is correct and fits well.

Gary Goers provided me with the correct logo embossed into the vinyl package tray. The photo shown is not correct. Send him a sample of the old cover so he can match the color and you will be pleased with what you receive.
